Returns/Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at support@repyoset.co and include your name, order number and contact information. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can forward your order confirmation email, if applicable. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. 

We do not accept returns on nail lacquer or nail care items, due to health and safety reasons. We also do not accept returns on gift cards. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, and unopened, with tags and internal labels, in its original packaging. 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Items sent back to us without following the return process will not be accepted.

Exceptions/Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Images are required.
